What happens next
Four steps to drop-off
- We call you back to talk through your dog, the behaviours you want to change and the course that fits.
- We match you to a centre (Southampton, Oxfordshire or South London) with space on your dates.
- A non-refundable deposit secures your trainer and kennel. The balance is paid before or on the day of arrival.
- Drop-off day. Bring your dog’s vaccination record and their usual food. We provide everything else.
Where is your training centre?
We have training centres in Southampton, Oxfordshire and South London, and our head office is in Bournemouth. Contact the office with your postcode and we will find your closest training kennels with availability for your selected dates.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes. In line with UK law, any dog staying at a kennels must be checked in with proof of up-to-date vaccinations. Please bring your dog's vaccination record: without it, we cannot accept your dog onto the course.
Can I check on how my dog is settling mid-course?
Of course. You will have your trainer's direct contact details for updates throughout your dog's stay, and they send pictures and videos of training and play.
